Chef and creator of Smoothly Does It Dining, Daniel Powell, is a home grown culinary talent. He has experience preparing various styles of cuisine from traditional British fare to modern British cuisine. He has plied his craft under the tutelage of some of the best chefs in Southwest Wales, which has given him the insight into how to cook for, and coordinate the perfect dinner party.

Daniel has a strong belief that using produce at the height of their season not only brings out the best taste, but also means that they are full of the goodness that forced produce are lacking.
