Ham hock terrine, beetroot jelly and chutney.
Duck breast, creamed wild mushrooms, spinach and a sweet and sour mushroom jus.
Raspberry and Elderflower trifle.

Sample Menu 2 - £60 (per person)
Canapé’s and Pomegranate Bucks fizz
Pembrokeshire crab, sweet corn chowder.
Caper and raisin tart, with seared king scallops.
Loin and shoulder of lamb, textures of brassica’s, jus of lamb.
Warm valrhona chocolate cake, white chocolate and tarragon ice cream, tarragon syrup.
